Tayf Matbaa Mürekkepleri A.Ş., in line with its corporate mission and vision, is committed to ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information within the framework of the TS ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) standard and undertakes to adhere to the following principles:

• • Defines, establishes, plans, implements, monitors, and continuously improves its information security objectives and activities within the scope of ISMS;
• • Ensures that all business activities comply with legal, contractual, standard, and operational requirements;
• • Defines compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and related regulations;
• • Integrates ISMS activities with other management systems established within the organization;
• • Defines the roles, responsibilities, and necessary resources required under the ISMS;
• • Establishes confidentiality, integrity, and availability criteria and maintains an inventory of all information assets;
• • Identifies, assesses, and manages current and potential risks related to information security, applying appropriate risk management options;
• • Develops, implements, and continually improves business continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted operations;
• • Follows and implements current technologies and innovations in the field of information security;
• • Takes necessary measures to ensure that all stakeholders comply with the established information security principles;
• • Ensures that this policy is communicated, accessible, understood, and implemented throughout the organization;
• • Initiates and follows up on relevant procedures in the event of violations of this policy.
