UltraTone Series – TE is a high-performance water-based flexographic ink developed for premium trichromic (CMY) printing applications. It offers exceptional color brilliance, maximum drying speed, and superior rub and water resistance on kraft, coated, and other absorbent paper surfaces. Even under high-speed industrial printing conditions, it maintains stability and delivers consistent, vivid color results.

Technical Information

• Viscosity (Storage): Minimum 30 seconds (DIN 4 cup)
• Printing Viscosity: 18 – 22 seconds (DIN 4 cup)
• Thinning Ratio: Depending on ink color, 5% – 10% dilution with water is recommended
• Printing System: Suitable for flexographic (trichromic) printing systems

Application Recommendations

• Ensure ink homogeneity before printing.
• Adjust viscosity correctly to achieve optimal gloss and color density.
• Clean plates and anilox rollers with water during long stops.

Storage and Shelf Life

• Unopened Package: Store for up to 6 months in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight.
