Product Overview

TexTone Series – TN is a water-based flexographic ink specially formulated for printing on non-woven fabric surfaces. Its flexible structure provides excellent adhesion, vivid colors, and durable print performance. The ink delivers consistent results with strong surface hold, superior color strength, and quick drying—ideal for high-speed production lines.

Technical Information

• Viscosity (Storage): Minimum 15 – 60 seconds (DIN 4 cup)
• Printing Viscosity: 18 – 22 seconds (DIN 4 cup)
• Thinning Ratio: Depending on ink color, 5% – 10% dilution with water is recommended
• Printing System: Suitable for flexographic printing systems

Application Recommendations

• Ensure the ink is homogeneous before printing.
• Maintain the optimal viscosity range for the best gloss and adhesion.
• For non-woven surfaces, slow-speed mixing improves surface bonding.
• Clean plates and anilox rollers with water during long printing breaks.

Storage and Shelf Life

• Unopened Package: Store up to 6 months in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight.
• After Opening: It is recommended to consume within a short time.
• Viscosity may increase at low temperatures; bring to room temperature before use.
