Product Overview

This ink has been specially developed for manufacturers seeking high print quality on kraft paper, corrugated board, and paper cup surfaces. Thanks to its water-based formulation, it offers an environmentally friendly solution while delivering excellent performance on flexographic printing systems. Its stable viscosity, strong color intensity, and easy washability ensure high efficiency even during long production runs.

Technical Information

• Viscosity: Minimum 30 seconds (measured with DIN 4 cup)
• Thinning Ratio: Depending on ink color, 10% – 20% dilution with water is recommended
• Printing System: Suitable for flexographic systems

Application Recommendations

• Ensure the ink mixture is homogeneous before printing.
• For consistent color tone, slow-speed mixing is recommended.
• During long pauses, clean plates and anilox rollers with water to prevent drying.
• Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in the printing environment.

Storage and Shelf Life

• Unopened Package: Can be stored for up to 6 months in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight.
• After Opening: For best stability, it is recommended to use within a short period after opening.
• Viscosity may increase at low temperatures; stir to room temperature before use.
