Product Overview

MasterTone Series – TC is a water-based flexographic printing ink designed to deliver high print quality and durability in fast production environments. It provides excellent gloss, strong rub and water resistance, and rapid drying on absorbent substrates such as kraft paper, corrugated board, sulphite paper, and carton. Thanks to its bright color strength, smooth transfer, and adjustable viscosity, it ensures consistent performance in industrial-scale printing operations.

Technical Information

• Viscosity (Storage): Minimum 25 seconds (DIN 4 cup)
• Printing Viscosity: 18 – 22 seconds (DIN 4 cup)
• Thinning Ratio: Depending on ink color, 5% – 10% dilution with water is recommended
• Printing System: Suitable for flexographic printing systems

Application Recommendations

• Ensure ink homogeneity before printing.
• Maintain proper air circulation to promote fast drying.
• During long stops, clean plates and anilox rollers with water.
• Adjust viscosity slowly using low-speed mixing if necessary.

Storage and Shelf Life

• Unopened Package: Store for up to 6 months in a cool, dry, and shaded place.
• After Opening: Should be consumed within a short period.
• Viscosity may increase at low temperatures; bring to room temperature before use.
