  • Maximum water and rub resistance
  • Exceptional gloss and vibrant color appearance
  • Smooth ink transfer and uniform film formation
  • Excellent printability and sharp detail resolution
  • Rapid drying at high printing speeds
  • Strong color intensity with rich pigment concentration
  • Excellent surface adhesion; resistant to peeling or cracking

Technical Information

  • Viscosity (Storage): Minimum 15 – 60 seconds (DIN 4 cup)
  • Printing Viscosity: 18 – 22 seconds (DIN 4 cup)
  • Thinning Ratio: Depending on ink color, 5% – 10% dilution with water is recommended
  • Printing System: Suitable for flexographic printing systems

Application Recommendations

  • Ensure the ink is well-mixed and homogeneous before printing.
  • For optimal adhesion, ensure surface energy is above 38 dyn/cm on laminated films.
  • Clean plates and anilox rollers with water during long printing breaks.
  • Adequate air circulation improves drying efficiency at high speeds.

Storage and Shelf Life

  • Unopened Package: Store for up to 6 months in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight.
  • After Opening: Should be consumed within a short period to maintain quality.
  • Viscosity may increase at low temperatures; bring to room temperature before use.
